Uses and characteristics

It effectively reduces the viscosity of high-concentration color pastes during the grinding stage, shortens grinding time, improves gloss, and enhances coloring power. It is especially effective in preventing floating and blooming.

Scope of application

It is suitable for use in solvent-based coatings and can also be used in solvent-based general-purpose color pastes.

Dosage and Usage

For inorganic pigments, the percentage is 5%–10%, and for organic pigments, it is 20%–40%.

Precautions

1. Product U-635 is stored in a sealed square plastic container. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-635 products is one year.
