U-387 leveling agent

Composition: Fluorocarbon modified acrylate copolymer

Density: 0.97-0.99

Uses and characteristics

1. Low surface tension, resulting in excellent leveling properties, which can quickly eliminate defects such as pinholes, craters, and fisheyes in the coating.

2. Good recoatability, high temperature resistance, and defoaming effect.

3. It greatly helps to improve the flatness and mirror effect of large-area paint films. The product is widely used in automotive paints, coil coatings, and various industrial baking paints.

4. The surface leveling effect is excellent, resulting in a very smooth final paint film.

Scope of application

Acrylic polyurethane, alkyd polyurethane, polyester resin, thermoplastic acrylic resin, epoxy resin, amino system, etc.

Added amount

0.1-1.0% of the total amount; can be added at any stage of the production process.

Precautions

1. Product U-387 is stored in a sealed iron drum. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-387 products is one year.
