Composition: Ammonia-containing polymer

Appearance: Light yellow viscous liquid

Active ingredient: 98±2%

Uses and characteristics

1. Disperse and grind carbon black (FW200) and organic pigments in automotive paints, industrial paints, plastic paints and other systems;

2. Disperse and grind carbon black and organic pigments in various PU color pastes, color chips and other ink systems.

3. It has a more prominent effect on dispersing high surface carbon black in alcohol (water-based) PU inks/coatings.

Scope of application

It is widely used in solvent-based coatings and inks, exhibiting excellent grinding and dispersion effects on carbon black and organic pigments, and has very good viscosity reduction and blue phase.

Added amount

For inorganic pigments, 7%–15%; for low-surface carbon black, 10%–20%; and for high-surface carbon black, 40%–80%.

Precautions

1. Product U-60 9 is stored in a sealed square plastic container. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, heat sources, and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-609 products is one year.
