U-316 Anti-Oil Leveling Agent

Composition: Modified polysiloxane

Appearance: Clear to slightly turbid liquid

Active ingredient: 98%

Uses and characteristics

1. When the substrate is contaminated with silicone oil or grease, it can effectively solve the coating problem when topcoat application is difficult (such as poor adhesion, pinholes, craters, etc.).

2. It has excellent leveling, smoothing and release properties, and can be used in heat-resistant non-stick kitchenware coating formulations, with a heat resistance temperature of up to 250℃;

3. When applied to fabric processing, it has a soft, water-repellent, and smoothing effect, increasing its durability against washing.

Scope of application

An anti-oil leveling agent suitable for solvent-based coatings and solvent-based inks.

Added amount

The amount added varies depending on the system in which it is used, but is generally 0.05-0.3% of the total amount.

Precautions

1. U-316 products are stored in sealed containers. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, heat sources, and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-316 products is one year.
