Uses and characteristics

1. Improve the conductivity of the coating and reduce its resistance to meet the resistance requirements of electrostatic coating.

2. Maintain the properties of the coating film without affecting adhesion, yellowing, or viscosity stability.

3. It will shorten the activation period of the two-component system.

4. It can effectively prevent static electricity accumulation in the dry film of the coating and prevent static electricity from being generated by contact on the coating surface.

Added amount

The recommended addition amount is 0.1% to 1% of the total formula. The optimal dosage depends on the polarity of the system and the required resistance during construction. If it is to be diluted with non-polar solvents such as xylene, it should be mixed with isobutanol first to improve its compatibility and effect .

Precautions

1. HK-20 products are stored in sealed iron drums. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, heat sources, and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of HK-20 products is one year.
