Uses and characteristics

It is widely used in solvent-based coating systems, and is particularly effective in reducing the viscosity of matting powder, greatly increasing the amount of matting powder that can be added. The matting powder slurry is uniform and free of particles, and it effectively prevents sedimentation and re-coarsening and stickiness.

Scope of application

1. Dispersing matting agents and organic pigments in various UV ink systems;

2. Disperse and grind inorganic and organic pigments in systems such as UV industrial paints and plastic paints .

Added amount

For organic pigments , use 7% –15 % ; for inorganic pigments, use 1%–15% ; and for low-surface carbon black, use 10%–20% .

Precautions

1. Product U-637 should be stored in a sealed container. Please confirm this before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources.

2. The shelf life of U-637 products is one year.
